Refund policy

Returns:

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn, and unwashed products with original tags and packaging.

  • To initiate a return, email us at [support@culture-india.com] or raise a request via our website.

  • Once approved, our delivery partners will pick up the item.

Refunds:

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale items and products damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges:

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
